  • This gathering is set in a beautiful house in the depths of the countryside near Bridport in Dorset. There’s the space to work, train and present to large groups, but theres also the space for individuals to have time to themselves.

  • The large kitchen provides an excellent gathering space to start the day, run workshops and come together to dine. Break out into the different living rooms to have conversations around the open fire. Or take some time for yourself and prioritise your wellbeing in the indoor infinity pool with a steam room, showers and a gym or venture outside into nature for a wild swim in the lake, have a walk around the grounds or warm up in the outdoor sauna and then take a cold plunge.

  • This house is perfect to bring large groups or teams together, with 12 private rooms it offers time for everyone to be together but also have somewhere to retreat to at the end of the day. There is also plenty of rooms for workshops and an impressive media room where presentations and movies can be watched. There are separate break out rooms for teams and individuals to work on different projects or do different workshops.

  • This is one of the biggest and most impressive houses that we offer to our members. It’s great for teams who want somewhere special to retreat to away from their everyday, its a beautiful spot surrounded by nature with plenty of opportunity not only for luxury but also for nature immersion. Its a place full of wonder and awe.

  • Set in the depths of the Dorset countryside this house, is also only 20 minutes drive to trendy Bridport and Lyme Regis is just a bit further, with Mark Hix’s Oyster House within a short drive and the beach is down the road if you fancied a walk along the south coast.

This gathering is perfect for teams to get to know one another, it’s a special place which enables people to connect.

  • River Cottage offers teams the opportunity to come together to get to know one another. This gathering is set in the depths of the countryside. The River Cottage is surrounded by nature, a trip here feels like a real treat as it takes teams away from their usual everyday working environment to a place that enables them to really connect.

  • The gatherings we run at River Cottage are all about the food, from foraging, to baking, prepping, cooking and eating, the informal relaxed atmosphere enables people to get to know one another through food. We offer our fully facilitated training and workshops in and around breakfast, lunch and dinner to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.

  • The Farmhouse and the Gardeners Cottage offer accommodation for those who chose to stay over at River Cottage. The Farmhouse’s original features have been retained and restored. The Farmhouse has three spacious, interior designed bedrooms, the luxurious master room with en-suite and a stylish twin and double bedroom with a shared bathroom. The Gardeners Cottage offers a twin bedroom with picturesque views over the courtyard and into the breath-taking Axe Valley. The cottages kitchen, lounge and master bedroom all look out onto the beloved River Cottage walled garden.

  • Nestled in a beautiful valley on the Dorset/Devon border, River Cottage HQ is situated within a 100-acre farm in an 17th century farmhouse. For those considering visiting from London it’s a 3.5 hour train ride direct from London Waterloo. River Cottage is a 1 hour 45 minute drive for those who live and work in Bristol, Bath and Bournemouth, with good road networks in and around the historic Jurassic coast you’re set to have a beautiful journey to get here.

  • This one is in a hidden location off grid in the Wiltshire countryside. We will be running our workshops together under canvas, on walks and around the fire . Its a beautiful spot to have connect, learn and grow out in the wilderness.

  • Come together with a small group of like minded business leaders who want to explore what creating positive impact could look like for them. We will be running sessions and workshops to inspire, generate ideas and invite reflection. You will go on a journey to transform or create your company objectives to become more purpose-driven and impactful.

  • Kirsty Powell, the Creative Director and design lead for this reset will be facilitating workshops to gain insight, generate ideas and formulate potential opportunities for yourself and your business. Jessica Ferrow the Co-Founder of Twelve Futures will be facilitating the workshops across the two day programme, that will give a renewed sense of optimism for companies looking to respond to the climate emergency and embed good into the way they work. Together they bring extensive experience of enabling founders, directors and teams to innovate and co-create concepts and projects that have empowered start ups and some of the world’s best-loved consumer brands to advance and grow through doing good.

  • Accommodation comes in the form of a bell tent, a shepherds hut or chose to join us in your own camper van or tent. We’ll come together in the depths of nature to enjoy facilitated workshops each curated and designed to enable us all to leave with a more impactful plan or how we can embed good into the decisions we make as we grow our business.

  • The Good Reset will be held at our HQ which is situated in between Dorchester and Weymouth near the South coast of Dorset. A hidden location given only to our members and guests a few weeks prior to the gathering.
