Situated in a quiet chalk valley in rural Dorset is Ash Farm, an organic deer farm run by the Russell family. When you arrive at Ash Farm you’re immediately struck by the stunning natural landscape of where your hosts Adam, Ali and Eden live with their heard of 120 deer. Our gatherings here offer an opportunity to allow yourself to stop, pause and experience the land through a carefully curated collection of special workshops that are run with the flow of the seasons.

Ash Farm has been lovingly regenerated over 15 years into a 120 acre organic farm with five shepherds huts, a sauna hut and a honesty shop filled with fine foods and curated products from local Dorset companies. We carefully create bespoke gatherings with Ali and Adam for our members that cater for their every need. Staying and dining at Ash Farm promises a unique and memorable experience.

Guests on Ash Farm each have their own hut, fully self contained and with all the luxury you would expect of a hotel. Together with Ali, Adam and Eden we have carefully curated a selection of creative workshops that enable guests to learn, be creative and understand the land in very unique way. All guests have the chance to learn about the farms herd and meet, greet and even eat the deer during their stay. Creative workshops here span an array of experiences to captivate the mind and the senses. Guests can book deer tours, horse logging, photography, mixology and cookery lessons. There are five luxury shepherds huts available for our gatherings which are spread across the 120 acres, each one with a unique private placement and spectacular view. Each hut offers luxury bedding, a kitchen, sitting area, beautiful bathrooms and wood burning stoves. Some have their own private hot tubs and all have access to the farms beautiful sauna and wellness hut and the fully stocked Honesty shop that caters for guests every need.

Ash Farm is located in the heart of Dorset not far from Blandford Forum. It’s a two hour drive west from London or a 1.5 hour train journey from Waterloo to Salisbury or Tisbury. The closest light aircraft airport is Compton Abbas which is ten minutes away and the nearest commercial airport is Bournemouth International which is about 30 minutes drive from the farm.

Situated on the Dorset/Devon border, this is a true escape out into the wilds of the countryside. Groups who chose to come together here, have the opportunity to do baking and outdoor cooking together. River Cottage offers teams the opportunity to come together to get to know one another. This gathering is set in the depths of the countryside. The River Cottage is surrounded by nature, a trip here feels like a real treat as it takes teams away from their usual everyday working environment to a place that enables them to really connect.

The gatherings we run at River Cottage are all about the food, from foraging, to baking, prepping, cooking and eating, the informal relaxed atmosphere enables people to get to know one another through food. We offer our fully facilitated training and workshops in and around breakfast, lunch and dinner to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.

The Farmhouse and the Gardeners Cottage offer accommodation for those who chose to stay over at River Cottage. The Farmhouse’s original features have been retained and restored. The Farmhouse has three spacious, interior designed bedrooms, the luxurious master room with en-suite and a stylish twin and double bedroom with a shared bathroom. The Gardeners Cottage offers a twin bedroom with picturesque views over the courtyard and into the breath-taking Axe Valley. The cottages kitchen, lounge and master bedroom all look out onto the beloved River Cottage walled garden.

Nestled in a beautiful valley on the Dorset/Devon border, River Cottage HQ is situated within a 100-acre farm in an 17th century farmhouse. For those considering visiting from London it’s a 3.5 hour train ride direct from London Waterloo. River Cottage is a 1 hour 45 minute drive for those who live and work in Bristol, Bath and Bournemouth, with good road networks in and around the historic Jurassic coast you’re set to have a beautiful journey to get here.

Blackwood is a unique woodland retreat situated in the stunning natural landscape of a National Trust Area just moments from the beach on the North Norfolk Coast. This beautiful cabin was cleverly designed and built by Sarah and Dan Morton. The space they have created is breathtakingly beautiful inside and out, it’s the perfect retreat for someone looking to escape into nature.

Blackwood offers the opportunity to be completely surrounded by nature, situated in the heart of the woodlands and moments away from the beach. Blackwood is a very peaceful place, perfect for time away to think, reflect and regroup. Surrounded by foodie pubs there are plenty of places to treat yourself to lunch or dinner or food can be ordered in. There is a fire pit area which offers the perfect place to relax together out in nature after your working day.

Blackwood is perfect for founders and directors who want some time solo to think and work. It also is a great space to bring together a small group of colleagues. We deliver leadership strategic thinking sessions and workshops at this location. Up to three people can stay with their own rooms. Some of our clients chose to stay here on their own to work and then invite their family to join them.

Blackwood is a three bedroomed contemporary retreat tucked away amongst woodland on the edge of the North Norfolk coastal village of West Runton. We recommend it to our clients who want time away to focus on their business and strategic objectives. It’s best suited for individuals and very small groups of up to 5 during the day, 3 to stay over.

Blackwood is situated in West Runton, its a 3 hour train ride from London from Liverpool Street. It also well supports those living and working in the Midlands and the North, as well as the neighbouring counties. We recommend this special place to clients travelling from Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, York, Harrogate, Norwich, Cambridge and Colchester.

This gathering is set at Wild Escapes in North Hampshire. The treehouses we’ve chosen are the creation of Will and Katie Hardy, the owners and designers of four stunning luxury forest dwellings set amongst the trees in their beautiful grounds.

Set in stunning woodlands, these collection of treehouses offer a real retreat into nature. Both individuals and small teams enjoy meeting up here to have some time away from their usual workplace. Bring your walking boots or wellies, so you can head over to the local sparkling wine vineyard or local pub after your working day.

This location is perfect for those looking for some time solo to think strategically about the business. We run individual sessions within the treehouses and down the local pub. We can work at this location for two or three consecutive days with small teams to deliver training and workshops.

Each treehouse offers the opportunity for complete peace, quiet and tranquility. We’ve chosen this location for those who want to escape into nature. Each treehouse has it’s own king size bed and outdoor bath. Time spent here promises to leave you rested, revived and inspired.

Situated a stone throw away from the beautiful village of Stockbridge, this location is only a 40 minute drive for those living and working Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton. Direct trains from London Waterloo will take Londoners straight into Winchester, where a driver will collect you and to take you the rest of the way to your treehouse.
