This gathering is set in a beautiful house in the depths of the countryside near Bridport in Dorset. There’s the space to work, train and present to large groups, but theres also the space for individuals to have time to themselves.

The large kitchen provides an excellent gathering space to start the day, run workshops and come together to dine. Break out into the different living rooms to have conversations around the open fire. Or take some time for yourself and prioritise your wellbeing in the indoor infinity pool with a steam room, showers and a gym or venture outside into nature for a wild swim in the lake, have a walk around the grounds or warm up in the outdoor sauna and then take a cold plunge.

This house is perfect to bring large groups or teams together, with 12 private rooms it offers time for everyone to be together but also have somewhere to retreat to at the end of the day. There is also plenty of rooms for workshops and an impressive media room where presentations and movies can be watched. There are separate break out rooms for teams and individuals to work on different projects or do different workshops.

This is one of the biggest and most impressive houses that we offer to our members. It’s great for teams who want somewhere special to retreat to away from their everyday, its a beautiful spot surrounded by nature with plenty of opportunity not only for luxury but also for nature immersion. Its a place full of wonder and awe.

Set in the depths of the Dorset countryside this house, is also only 20 minutes drive to trendy Bridport and Lyme Regis is just a bit further, with Mark Hix’s Oyster House within a short drive and the beach is down the road if you fancied a walk along the south coast.

Situated in a quiet chalk valley in rural Dorset is Ash Farm, an organic deer farm run by the Russell family. When you arrive at Ash Farm you’re immediately struck by the stunning natural landscape of where your hosts Adam, Ali and Eden live with their heard of 120 deer. Our gatherings here offer an opportunity to allow yourself to stop, pause and experience the land through a carefully curated collection of special workshops that are run with the flow of the seasons.

Ash Farm has been lovingly regenerated over 15 years into a 120 acre organic farm with five shepherds huts, a sauna hut and a honesty shop filled with fine foods and curated products from local Dorset companies. We carefully create bespoke gatherings with Ali and Adam for our members that cater for their every need. Staying and dining at Ash Farm promises a unique and memorable experience.

Guests on Ash Farm each have their own hut, fully self contained and with all the luxury you would expect of a hotel. Together with Ali, Adam and Eden we have carefully curated a selection of creative workshops that enable guests to learn, be creative and understand the land in very unique way. All guests have the chance to learn about the farms herd and meet, greet and even eat the deer during their stay. Creative workshops here span an array of experiences to captivate the mind and the senses. Guests can book deer tours, horse logging, photography, mixology and cookery lessons. Guests of Ash Farm are sure to leave after their stay with new life experiences and unforgettable memories.

There are five luxury shepherds huts available for our gatherings which are spread across the 120 acres, each one with a unique private placement and spectacular view. Each hut offers luxury bedding, a kitchen, sitting area, beautiful bathrooms and wood burning stoves. Some have their own private hot tubs and all have access to the farms beautiful sauna and wellness hut and the fully stocked Honesty shop that caters for guests every need.

Ash Farm is located in the heart of Dorset not far from Blandford Forum. It’s a two hour drive west from London or a 1.5 hour train journey from Waterloo to Salisbury or Tisbury. The closest light aircraft airport is Compton Abbas which is ten minutes away and the nearest commercial airport is Bournemouth International which is about 30 minutes drive from the farm.
