Gemma Coles

remote and human partner

The transformative work that Gemma does through Remote and Human aligns completely with our experiences that are built around human connection at The Landscape. When we discussed the importance of developing trusted relationships with who we work with on a daily basis, we saw an opportunity to collaborate. Gemma believes that if teams come together in person, it needs to really count. This formed the foundation behind our training to equip virtual teams with the skills and abilities to cultivate strong, supportive relationships, boosting both productivity and overall well-being where ever they are working. We know that in today’s virtual world of working, authentic relationships are often overlooked or undervalued, our experiences are intentionally designed to bring people together to connect in meaningful ways, allowing them to share stories, collaborate openly and build trust. When virtual teams do want to come together in person, we offer the teams and organisations that we work with the chance to work collectively, learn something new or do their training together. Whatever they want to achieve, we’ll make sure that the time they spend together counts!
