With over 15 years of experience of working within Mental Health in the NHS, Dan has worked alongside individuals facing some of their most difficult and dark moments, he’s seen first-hand how mental health struggles can weigh heavily on someone’s life, and his compassionate, non-judgmental approach has allowed him to provide profound support in times of need. His deep, real-world experience gives him a grounded and authentic perspective on life, which he brings to the talks and workshops he facilitates. Breath work has become one of his primary tools to help individuals manage stress, alleviate anxiety, and regulate emotions. The techniques he uses can be used everyday, his workshops enable the companies we support to create practical mental health training that we all need in our daily lives. Whether in a team setting or an individual session, he has a talent to help people navigate the complexities of life with a sense of peace.
