Her work encourages people to become more aware of their physical feelings and senses to find balance within. Becki’s workshops give a powerful sense of connection to self, through her training and guided workshops she helps us to tap into our innate resources and trains the people who come to her to develop our own individual daily rituals to develop the power of being kind to ourselves for our own emotional well-being.
