After a successful rugby career consisting of more than 200 senior appearances, two world cups and one super league grand final trophy, Anthony left the world of professional sport in order to break down stereotypes and re-establish the integrity of masculinity in the modern world. His real world experience and his vast of knowledge around physical and emotional resilience enables him to hold space for people in a way that feels like your heard and supported. His approach combines practical tools and techniques to activate the body’s natural relaxation response, which significantly enhances stress tolerance, increases energy levels, concentration, sleep, and general wellness. Whether you’re striving to reduce stress, overcome anxiety, or enhance your performance, Anthony understands the demands that can be placed on the body and mind, his training and workshops provide people with what you need to manage and transform your emotional and physical state. Anthony also co-facilitates Bothsides with Josh Balding, together they offer a very sacred and special space to discuss masculinity in our evolving world.
